ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT
Maintenance and civil works of the complete infrastructure of the Township including common areas, boundary walls, upkeep of roads, footpaths, pavements, gates, parking areas and signage. Adherence to all building bye-laws as applicable.
SOFT SERVICES
Conducting regular fire drills and undertaking regular inspections to ensure maintenance of the installed fire safety systems.
The Company

Engineering Management
- Maintenance and civil works of the complete infrastructure of the Township including common areas, boundary walls, upkeep of roads, footpaths, pavements, gates, parking areas and signage. Adherence to all building bye-laws as applicable.
- Maintenance and repair of electrical installations including DG sets, electricity distribution system, cabling, electrical panels, transformers and operation/maintenance of electrical pumps, motors, power-backup inverters, lifts/escalators etc.
- Maintenance and operations of all types of chillers and air conditioning systems, AHUs/FCUs, ventilation system and cooling towers.
- Maintenance of fire fighting/fire safety and electrical systems and timely renewal of fire NOCs.
- Maintenance of street lighting, energy audits and instituting power conservation measures.
Soft Services
- Conducting regular fire drills and undertaking regular inspections to ensure maintenance of the installed fire safety systems.
- Security & surveillance services for the township. Development of policies, procedures, standards and methods for protecting personnel, property or material and handling theft, assault and vandalism cases.
- Housekeeping services using state-of-the-art cleaning agents. Cleaning of the roads, parks and other common areas.
- Collection, transportation and disposal of garbage.
